Terms and Conditions
The tour is operated by Parna ltd (the provider) in conjunction with a local travel agency.
The submission of the registration form and payment of deposit is deemed to be a contract between Parna ltd the provider and the participant and subject to the following terms and conditions;
Participants should ensure that they have the appropriate travel documentation to include, visas ( if required). Participants should be in possession of a valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after the date of return.
Participants must have full health/ medical insurance to cover illness and accident. Policy details (number, contact info etc) will be requested prior to the tour commencement. We recommend full travel insurance to cover loss in the unlikely event of cancellation. Parna ltd will not be liable for any loss due to changes in transport/ flight cancellations etc.
The provider will do everything possible to ensure that the tour itinerary remains as advertised but retains the right to modify the tour. This may be due but not limited to, unforseen circumstances, weather, participants requests.
On receipt of the registration form the provider will block a space for the participant for 7 working days, if the deposit payment of £250 is not received by the end of the seventh day the space will be unblocked and offered to others. A further £500 is due end January 2025 with the balance due May 31st 2025. If the registration form is received later than January 23rd £750 will be required as the initial deposit with the balance due May 31st 2025.
Two reminders of payments due will be emailed to all participants. If the payments are not received within one week of the final reminder the space will be opened up. Except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the provider the deposit will not be refunded if no replacement is found.
The tour deposit is non -refundable (unless the tour is cancelled by the provider) If you need to cancel, in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the provider if the space is filled a refund minus an admin fee of £150 may be given.
In the unlikely event of the tour being cancelled by the provider all participants will be notified and full refunds given, Refunds will not include any costs of travel, travel insurance etc. paid by the participants to other providers. If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient demand participants will be notified no later than June 7th, 2025 and a full refund will be given
The provider will not be held responsible due to any costs incurred due to disruption of travel plans to and from the tour start.
